What we call: MONEY and BUSINESS MATH

What is Business Math? Business Mathematics as defined as the methods of math skills and knowledge that seeks information that could help us to apply or to solve our financial crisis. Business Mathematics deals about how we could handle our problems from the area of business and economics by the use of technology and the language of mathematics and then be solved by means of mathematical equations and computations. 

Business Mathematics is the speech needed for business management. Business Mathematics implies interests, compounds, and investments. Business Mathematics also helps in cost and price calculations in putting up and maintaining a business. It is also the basis or foundation of cash inflows and outflows when it comes to business. Business Math is simply the study of financial economic growth, it is also the study of money or what we call finance.

Terms in Business:

Interests – Considered as the partial or total ownership in an asset. It is the return earn on an investment.

Compounds – Total charge, fee, or increment that has been already added.

Investments – Savings or money earned through delayed consumptions. It is an application for using money in return of earning more money.

Costs – The total money, time, and resources needed in regards with purchase and activity in a business.

Price – The amount of money at which a product is valued. A current value or rate to be paid by the consumer.

What is Finance? Money is a great contributor in life. It is a major necessity in having a business. Money plays a general role in a man’s life. It is the most essential thing in life and many of our problems arise  because of it, Either because of the lack of it or having too much of it. Everyone should know the true value of it. Yes, money provides our needs – including food, shelter, clothing and others. But our outlook towards money should not become the source of greed. Money should be one of the reason that we could manage our lives better.
